I’ve used a variety of service providers on BHI with mixed results. I decided to try Project Works when my house was struck by lightning in 2012. I met with Fred and he assured me they were a one-stop shop for this particular issue which made life much easier, including dealing with insurance and delivery of new appliances. I’ve since used PW for items big and small as well as jobs with long lead time to “need help pretty quickly” and have been very happy with the results.
